The Compliance modules include an IRB module for human subjects, an IACUC module for lab animals, and another for clinical trials.

We've engaged subject matter experts in the fields of human subjects and lab animal studies and feel their guidance will help us provide best of breed modules in these areas. These modules are planned to go into development in the third quarter of 2010 once the Kuali Coeus modules are released.

The Kuali Coeus modules will focus primarily on the storage of protocols and the work flow and auditing necessary without getting into the weeds of compliance offices. The MŌDERAS modules will extend the KC functionality to provide the processes your teams need to manage their daily work while integrating with the related protocols and awards.
